Returns and refunds

✨ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on clothing items that meet all of the following conditions:
✅ Item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
✅ Item has no stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear
✅ Original tags are still attached (if applicable)
✅ You contact us within 7 days of delivery
✅ Item is shipped back within 14 days of return approval

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
❌ Wigs (for hygiene and safety reasons)
❌ Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, or similar items (if applicable)
❌ Final sale or clearance items
❌ Specific clothing items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page

📩 How to Start a Return

Email us at [email protected] with:

Your order number
The item you want to return
Reason for return
Photo of the item (to confirm condition)

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

💳 Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return:
✔ Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method
✔ Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear
✔ We will notify you if the return is approved or denied

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
Email us within 7 days of delivery
Include photos of the item and packaging
We will send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
